Our first 2 years were a wonderful success thanks to all of those who purchased our products and to our fabulous crew that we have dubbed the "Chicken Pickers". Our chicken processing days are listed below. In order to assure availability please reserve your chicken as soon as possible. Those that reserve their chickens through our web site will be notified/reminded a week in advance of pick-up day. To preserve freshness and quality please bring coolers and ice.
