Our chicken processing days are listed below. In order to assure availability please reserve your chicken by the (reserve date) listed.
Those that reserve their chickens through our web site will be notified/reminded a week in advance of pick-up day.
To preserve freshness and quality please bring coolers and ice.
We now have frozen chickens available from our freezer.
